The instrument “КОЭФФИЦИЕНТ-1.3” allows measuring the following parameters for the transformers of all the circuits and groups of connections according to GOST 30830 consequently at every phase:

- Transformation rate;
- No-load operation loss at the low voltage;
- Short circuit impedance.
- Effective (root-mean-square) voltage.
“Коэффициент-1.3” is the new version of the “Коэффициент” instrument distinguishing with the advanced functional capabilities, better metrological characteristics and operating speed.
It is manufactured in two hardware versions:
- Standard (operating temperature range: from 5 °C to 40 °C);
- North (operating temperature range: from minus 15 °C to 55 °C).
It has:
- Permanent memory for 700 measurement results;
- Galvanic isolated interface RS232 for the connection to the computer;
- Programmed number of measurement with the indication of the averaged value;
- Manual or automatic measurement ranging.
The instrument is registered in the State Register of the Measuring Instruments of RF. The measuring instruments type approval certificate RU.C.34.033.A. No. 55541.

Each specific instrument is calibrated with the specific current transducer 1,000 A (Rogowski coil).
The flexible transducer allows the current measurement on the current-carrying lateral conductor with the diameter of up to 20 cm. The length of the instrument-to-computer connection cable is min 2.5 m.
